The REV X Lite is NecksGen’s newest style of head and neck restraint / frontal head restraint. Made in the USA from a carbon fiber composite material, the new REV X Lite adds an extra element to driver comfort. The X strap system holds the device securely in place while driving, and also helps keep it where you want it while getting in or out of the vehicle. The straps are easily adjustable to make personal fitment easy, and the double adjustable tactical buckle in front is easy to use. The vertical chest straps have some adjustment to fit men and women both easily.
Quick release helmet hardware is included!
Currently available with accommodations for 3″ wide belt guides that work with 3″ or 2″ wide shoulder belts.
“Does it work with a 3 point harness?”
The REV X has been shown to reduce neck loads under impacts when tested to the NHTSA FMVSS208 standards using a 3 point belt. We always recommend you race with at least a 5 point harness for safety, but we understand that in some circumstances a 3 point is all that is available, and the REV X will add an extra layer of protection.
SIZING:
Available in 2 sizes: 3″ chassis with Medium / Large harness, and 3″ chassis with XL+ harness. The 3″ chassis is a “One size fits most” unit that fits most adults. See measurements on the sizing chart for more details. The M/L will fit most adults, and the XL+ will fit adults that would typically wear an 2XL t-shirt or larger. See the sizing chart.
