Crow Safety Gear SFI-16.1 7-way 3″ Kam Lock Pro Drag Racing style driver restraint harness, addressing Top Fuel/Alcohol dragster and Funny Car classes, as well as Nostalgia and Sportsman Fuel Altered, Funny Car, and Front Engine Dragster classes, as well as off-road racing where additional driver stability is needed. These harnesses feature 7-way Kam Locks, single V-wrap around shoulder harness (optional Dog Bone-style shoulder straps to easily accommodate head neck restraint), 50 in. lap belt clip-in, and triple anti-submarine belts clip-in. The restraints include eye bolts. Optional fire-resistant covering for fuel (Nitro and Alcohol) classes and applications. Black only.

Drag racing sanctioning bodies and safety committees are pushing for the shift toward a higher standard for driver harnesses, making  7-point driver restraints mandatory for the Pro classes, as well as for the faster Sportsman classes. This is primarily driven by safety standard updates as a result of increased competition speeds and better research into the kinetic energies drivers experience in collisions. Key sanctioning bodies, including the NHRA, IHRA, and international drag racing organizations having announced that 5-point harnesses will no longer be permitted in several classes with more soon to follow.
